Pro Hair Biosystems announces the launch of their innovative “Wall Space” scheme so Salons can make money from their empty wall space.
By displaying an advertisement, salons earn income from every sale. With no stockholding and no financial outlay.
The system works in a similar way to Google Adwords, except it is the salon which is in the driving seat. Each advertisement features a url for the Pro Hair Biosystems website where clients can buy ProFusion product with a discount code. When the client goes onto the website and enters the discount code, the salon is identified and earns a commission on every sale made. Salons also earn commission from all future sales.
To make sure that clients remember the website address and discount code each salon is provided with business cards to go alongside the advertisement.
Pro Hair Biosystems Director, Peter Davies PhD said “Salon owners have informed us that they often hold large stocks of shampoo and conditioners which can tie up their cash for long periods of time. The Pro Hair Biosystems Wall Space system enables salons to make a good margin on speciality products without the need to hold stock. “
The product which will kick start this campaign is the speciality product, ProFusion, formulated to prevent and slow hair loss in men or women.
Davies continues “There is demand for speciality products like ProFusion, but we also know that the majority of salons will not want to hold stock of a niche product. The Pro Hair Biosystems Wall Space system, enables hairdressers to use their expertise to advise on hair loss and recommend product, without the need to physically hold stock.”
The Wall Space Marketing system will go live in November 2010.
